decent stay with minor setbacks

the location proved to be quite advantageous. access to the metro was very convenient. the room offered a comfortable setting and useful amenities.
during check-in, i experienced a significant delay. the process took nearly 30 minutes. it was unusual for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
